Aims of the British Veterinary Dermatology Study Group
The BVDSG is dedicated to the study and practice of dermatology in all animal species. There are approximately 300 members drawn from private veterinary practice, university veterinary schools and industry.
Annual Meetings
The BVDSG holds two annual meetings - a day meeting prior to the main British Small Animal Veterinary Association meeting in April, and a weekend meeting usually in November. Both meetings attract eminent speakers from home and abroad, covering all aspects of veterinary and human dermatology. Members also have an opportunity to present their own work and findings at each meeting.

Printed copies of past proceedings can be optained for a fee from the proceedings editor.
Members are welcome to contribute to Derm News - please contact the editor.
Membership
BVDSG membership is open to any veterinary surgeon with an interest in dermatology. Membership is particularly useful if you are considering the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons or European College of Veterinary Dermatology qualifications. Even if you're not, the BVDSG still has much to offer both the practitioner and the specialist. For further details please contact theTreasurer
Current subscription rate is £30.00 per annum. A cheque can be sent to the treasurer for the first year's payment. Alternatively, we can accept credit card payment and standing orders. If paying by standing order, please arrange payment from your bank to BVDSG for £30.00. Please can you send your bank details and membership details to the BVDSG treasurer so that the payment can be linked with the membership.
